Fan came to Halifax in 2006 and graduate from Saint Mary’s university with Finance major. He worked in Finance industry for three years, mainly offering investment and lending solutions to clients. In 2015, he started his entrepreneurship, opened a multi entertainment venue Patrons Bar & Grill in Larry Uteck. Now it is one of the most popular places to go in HRM. One year later, Fan started his Realtor career. With his proactive, hardworking and professional work attitude, combine with his strength of network and bilingual language (Mandarin and English), he succeeded with exception results and has built good reputations in the industry and Chinese community.
