在到达之前，先推荐了合适的Airbnb选择，使我们在登陆的第一周得到舒适地安顿。飞机到达哈法时是深夜，仍然得到贴心的接机服务。

登陆之后的第一个工作日，两位工作人员就带我们办妥了SIN号、健康卡、电话卡和银行开户。接下来几天二位积极帮忙寻找长租公寓信息，多次接送去各处看房，为我们能在一周内就租好房子提供了巨大的帮助。在签定租房合同时，工作人员所展现的专业素质也令我们印象深刻。

Thanks Fan’s team for our warm landing service! The staff screened couple of Airbnb options for us to select before arrival which allowed a smooth arrangement of accommodation for the first week. We also received warm welcome when we landed in Halifax airport midnight.

The following day, two staffs drove us to get SIN number, health card, phone card and our new bank account. Under the great effort of them (searching rental information, arranging viewings and communicate rental terms), we successfully rented the apartment we liked within the first week of arrival. During the leasing process, the staff impressed us with their professionalism.

初次接触领帆物业和安家公司实数缘分，我的雇主和杨帆先生是朋友，所以在我办理完移民以后第一个想法就是找领帆物业帮我搞定所有的安家事宜。才开始，我对于如何租房，如何找学校，如何办理银行卡等等都只是在各种论坛上了解，自己心里还是有比较多的疑虑，但是和他们公司接触后，我所有的担心都没有了，他们帮忙找房子，找学校，把资料提前给我，让我在登陆前就对一切了如指掌。一切都进展的十分顺利。登陆后的所有安排也比较周到，从接机，到安排短租房过渡，再到办理各种卡，各种证，都十分周到，在此要感谢崔小姐和岚姐的帮助，带我们安定了下来。总之，领帆物业和安家公司的服务，让我们一家人感觉到在异国他乡也是温暖的。

I knew Mr. Fan Yang through a referral from our mutual friend. Immigrate from one country to another with family and kids could be very stressful. At the beginning, I tried to search new immigrant settlement information online, but some information is limited and I had concerns on the process of apartment leasing, school registration and new bank account setup and etc. While after I started the communication with Fan’s team, all my worries disappeared. The team staff helped us with searching apartment, providing school information and answering all the questions I had before I landed. This made the transition much easier and smoother. The settlement service after I landed is well organized and executed. I would like to thank Mrs. Zhang and Miss. Cui to help my family to settle down in Halifax. Their services made us feel warmed and welcomed in this new country.
